D.Marchiori (DMA) Support

The range of products manufactured by DMA are supplied with Manuals to enable Operators to undertake in-house Calibration and Maintenance if required.*

(*) Please note that a calibrated "Transfer Standard" is needed to perform calibrations in order to compare measurements and evaluate accuracy.

DMA provides a "Calibration and Repair Service" capable of servicing any item in addition to providing Technical Support covering equipment use and fault issues.

Please contact our Technical Support by selecting the corresponding button below should you be unsure if the equipment needs repairing or not. Alternatively should you be certain of returning a product to the manufacturer please select/follow the RMA procedure below. All equipment returns must follow our RMA procedure.

RMA PROCEDURE

Any returned equipment will be fast-tracked by DMA to reduce time spent away from the Operator to an absolute minimum.

DMA is capable of restoring full functionality on all Current Models and most Heritage Products (discontinued items) for several years.

Based on customer preferences and requirements, DMA provides Users preferring to have manufacturer Calibrated equipment with two alternative Calibration Procedures:

  • Manufacturer (OEM) Calibration procedure;
  • Accredited EN-ISO17025 Calibration procedure.
