Data Collected on This Website
Service/Calibration requests
When you complete a service or calibration request form or service enquiry form you are voluntarily providing your personal information. This information is used for the purposes of servicing and/or calibrating your equipment, answering your service questions and contacting the parties involved in this arrangement. The data processor for this information is JotForm. JotForm meet GDPR requirements for data processing. Their privacy policy can be found here.
Webserver logs and security
When you visit this website, as with most websites, information about your device and your IP address are automatically saved in server log files. This is a necessary requirement specifically for the purpose of maintaining server security and integrity and to prevent fraud. This data is only accessible by site and hosting administrators. The web hosting company is ISO27001 (Information Security Management Systems) accredited and fully GDPR compliant.
